Polish tennis player Iga Swiatek won her second victory in a row at the WTA Finals. In the second match, she beat American Cori Gauff with a score of 6:0, 7:5.
The duration of the meeting was 1 hour 30 minutes. During this time, Swiatek made one serve through, made two double faults and converted six out of ten break points. Gauff has seven double faults and two converted break points out of three.
Let us remind you that in her first match, Swiatek confidently beat the representative of the Czech Republic, Marketa Vondrousová, with a score of 7:6 (7:3), 6:0. Gauff, in turn, defeated Ons Jabeur with a score of 6:0, 6:1.
The final of the WTA Final Championship 2023 is scheduled for November 5. The current champion of the tournament is Frenchwoman Caroline Garcia, who was unable to qualify for the tournament this year.
