   Daniil Medvedev is a professional tennis player from Russia who was born on February 11, 1996, in Moscow. He is known for his consistent and intelligent play, as well as his unorthodox style and ability to disrupt his opponents’ rhythm.

Medvedev turned professional in 2014 and made his ATP main draw debut at the 2016 Open 13 in Marseille. He broke into the top 100 in the ATP rankings in 2017, and in 2018 he won his first ATP singles title at the Sydney International.
