Novak Djokovic played his first match since mid-September and won a landslide victory

24-time Grand Slam champion, world number one, Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic started the Masters series tournament in Paris (France) with a crushing victory. Note that Novak played an official match for the first time since mid-September.

In the second round, Djokovic (1) beat the 31st racket of the world, Argentinean Thomas Martin Etcheverry, with a score of 6:3, 6:2. The tennis players’ meeting lasted 1 hour and 25 minutes. Djokovic served six times, made three double faults and converted three break points out of seven earned. Etcheverry has five aces, not a single double fault and one missed break point.

Djokovic’s next opponent in Paris will be the 23rd racket of the world, the representative of the Netherlands Tallon Griekspor.
